It is important to us that you are happy with every purchase that you make at LA Aesthetics and we want to help you in the event that there is a problem. Because LA Aesthetics works with different suppliers, each supplier has its own return policy and we must honor it. Please read the Return Policy below for your product:
Return or Exchange Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 75% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 10 days of the order date for an exchange or in-house credit only. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry level item from each group. Only Dermablend and Jane Iredale products cannot be exchanged (see below).
For returns and credits, customers must first contact LA Aesthetics's Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) before returning any merchandise. A RAN# may be requested in writing at info@LA Aestheticsskin.com. Please provide your full name, contact information, order number, specific item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A LA Aesthetics team member will respond promptly with a return message and instructions for return. LA Aesthetics cannot accept unauthorized returns.
Dermablend and Jane Iredale Products:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on all Dermablend and Jane Iredale products.
International Orders:
We are happy to serve international customers. If you are interested in a product and you live outside of the United States, please contact us at info@LA Aestheticsskin.com to find out if we can fulfill your order (please provide us your full address, name of each product, quantity of each product; for faster response, please provide the Product ID # for each item which is located below the price of the product on the full product description page). The following lines are not available for distribution outside of the United States and will not be shipped out internationally due to the Federal Regulations: Exuviance, MD Forte, Neostrata, SkinCeuticals, and Wilma Schumann.
Lost Goods Policy:
LA Aesthetics's responsibility for goods shipped via common carrier (US mail, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.) ceases when LA Aesthetics delivers the goods to the carrier. LA Aesthetics cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. The risk of loss and responsibility for such items are assumed by the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. LA Aesthetics will assist customer in supplying any information necessary for the completion of customer's claim of loss. However, customer must file a claim with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
